Things that make me go ARRGGHHH!!!!

I am once again having hella huge problems with blogger! If I haven't commented on your blog in awhile (and you have blogger) its not cos I don't love you anymore..Its cos Blogger is only letting me comment on ONE or TWO persons blog of late (and to make it worse..JUST to be able to do a post on my OWN blog..I have to go leave one a comment first so I can sign in..It wont let me sign into blogger any other way at the moment)...Its getting past the point of stupid.

The skull vest is with its new owner. I had to rip back the collar..pick up another SIX stitches and then finish it up (casting off using 5.5mm needles instead of the 4mm I had used for the rest of the vest)...JUST so it would fit over his head! So I have to take the camera next time to get a piccie of him in it cos he looks just so cute!! And mum loved it soooo much..she has requested I knit her some skull and cross bone pulse warmers from magknits.

Been knitting (of course..would worry if I didn't, wouldn't you?). Cast this on last night and finished it up this morn. Its the Stitch'n'Bitch Newsboy hat (redone by me to fit my kids). Thinking about making these for a few friends kids for Easter instead of Easter eggs (better for them). This one is done in some Patons Husky and is in very Autumn colours.

Got another lot of 2 wool that I am selling to show off...

This is yet to be named. If you have a good name for it let me know! Sock Wool.

Self Striping Girl Denim Sock wool.

This is a piccie Adam took the other day of Sun Rise on the way to work. Yes he was up THAT early..Isn't it lovely?

Okies folks! I am off now. Things to do..Places to be! Next time I will post about some fleece I have (and how I SO want to learn to spin now!)..And how I am a little freaked out that someone sent me something without me giving them my address!! lol..Ok I am not freaked out..Just wondering how she got it cos I don't remember giving it to her ever!

Happy knitting all!

Katt

Blogger is why I ended up paying for Typepad. Bllugger is awfully unpredictable. Yes, I was driving!! I knew 107701 was coming up and I was on the road to the dam!!! I just pointed and clicked with one hand and didn't look!! Great hats and such a good idea!! I think the wool looks like Driftwood or Chocolate Licorice!!! Hope Blugger settles down soon.. If this appears twice I am sorry, Blugger is not playing nicely...

Hey Kate, I love the newsboy hat!! so cute.

Maybe you could call the yarn "Dusty Rose" at least it looks like those colors on my monitor lol.

I love that sunrise pic, I saved it and am using it for my desktop.

it's funny your having so much trouble with blogger, I've hardly never had any problems... just lucky I guess ;)

That hat is gorgeous. So is your yarn as always. I like Driftwood from Cindy.

I think I would freak out if something appeared at my house too, especially considering I don't appear in the phone book! Eeek!

well cause you read my blg, you know how much I hate em. Buggers very rarely let me in, hence why blogging is when it does.
I looooooooooove that hat as does the little girl that lives here and just walked past and went "ooooooooo mummy can I have one in pink".. LOL dont suppose you wanna share your adjustments???? I got the book just not good at maths really. I swap ya my vest pattern when I finish the back. haha
In my monitor the colours look kinda manly, so I cant think of a pretty name. I think Dusty is ok thou.

Ok back to the vest and a cuppa, I wanna finish it this weekend so I can see how it fits.

BTW Go Holden, Go Holden, Go Holden. *doing a little dance*

Oh I hope your computer problems sort themselves out soon. I love the hat you knitted, very stylish. I like the new colored sock yarn too, very nice. You have to stop making so many nice colors or else my bank account will be empty. Oh by the way just letting you know I sent the payment through yesterday morning for you too. Hope you have a lovely week.

Greaet sunrise shot! Blogger hasn't been giving me the irrits recently but my net connection has. Dreadfully slow. Hope your blogger problem cleans up soon - have you tried clearing your cache? (Dunno how to do it in IE which I presume you use)

Several blugger bloggers that I read have been complaining about blugger lately.
    Love that hat.
How about Choco-Caramel for your yarn, looks yummy so should have a yummy name.

hmmm the new sock wool looks divine. Can't help you out with a name though, I'm a bit of a dunce like that - names just aren't my thing.

I love the newsboy cap, great idea to give them as Easter gifts, I'm sure they'll be a hit.

ok had a little rethink... now Im not sure of the colours cause they look different on my monitor. But from what I can see its a mixture of dusty pinks, browns and aqua or green possible. What about mocha mint

That's exactly why I left Blogger for Wordpress. I love Wordpress as much as I despised Blogger.

That sunrise pic is lovely. It would almost be worth getting up that early to see such a lovely sight.

    Hey Katt
Thanks for commenting on my blog! It's always nice to hear that other people with kids are doing similar things - you should see the vest that J and I designed for him (last year!) that I hope to make for him soon - fast and furious Cleckheaton Country 12ply in mosaic slipst pattern, black on red/blue/yellow. It should be eye-popping if it works!!!
BTW, I do have 2 girls - Miss S is 4, and Miss V is 9mths. Teething. Never EVER again. :)

Um, how about Cinnamon Apple for the new wool colour? At least these are the colours that come out on my screen! And what are you doing to yourself that you're so tired. Err, you don't have my 'complaint' do you?

I love the hats they are so cute and the colours of your yarns are gorgeous too, can't help you with a name suggestion, I am not very good with names. It's a shame you have so much trouble with blogger, mine seems to be ok at the moment.

Hi Katt! Thought seeing as you were kind enough to leave comment on my blog I would return the favour. It is just a big reminder to get off my backside and pick up the knitting needles to see what you've been up to! I have myself and the two kids to knit beenies for this winter AND the other one on the way. Plus friends kids and the other stack of projects calling to me. I may have to get some yarn at some point! If only I could finish that jacket I've been knitting FOREVER!
